Cow Hat repairs

From my experience, these hats can't be repaired at tailors. If anyone managed to get theirs fixed somewhere, please be more specific about which NPCs fix it and which ones don't. Otherwise, declare the item to be irreparable. Thundercross 15:08, 4 June 2010 (UTC)

I used to be able to repair it during the event and a few days after but it suddenly stopped being repairable!
