Tried refreshing, and F5 but it isn't showing up. The file page says it isn't associated with any page. Don't know how to fix this myself hoping someone else can, thank you.

Go to the page you want, put your hand over the down arrow next to the history button (assuming you're using the default skin), and click purge. Alternatively, you can add &action=purge to the end of the link. If there is a &action=submit, replace it.
