New Healer PTJ Things

Not sure about all of the changes, but Manus' PTJs have changed a bit.

I did two Adv Level PTJ for him and one PTJ was to get 30 eggs, and rewarded 10 HW (12 for merchant) or 1 lute/robe. Like Church PTJ.

Another PTJ for him called for gathering 10 berries. Reward was also 10/12 HW or 1 lute/robe.

As for intermediate, more often than not i'm gathering 20 eggs for 7 HW just as I am for Kristell's chuch par timer. I rarely encounter the chance for gathering 20 woll for 4,500 gold anymore.
