Description

I remember the description being something along the lines of "I wanted to help all milletians in their fight against the Mafia, and so I made special clothes, but the owl was a servant of the dark side and dropped off my package in the ocean...."

Why is it saying something about heavy shoes and losing his outfit?

Original: Larry in Dunbarton has lost his favorite outfit and accessories after a total misunderstanding involving some rather unpleasant and heavy shoes. Help him out by fishing up his lost items with the help of some special bait.

Had nothing to do with the dialogue with Larry, nor the quest scrolls..... I don't even know where it came from. I will provide original dialogue from in game as a reply to this. I've edited the description to match with what is shown to players in game.

Dialogue: Nice to meet you, <playername>. The name's Larry. I work for a secret organization that protects peace in Erinn, Sorry. Can't tell you the name. When I heard that the Mafia mini-game had started and that so many people were fighting for justice, why, I just couldn't help myself. I had to do something to support all y'all warriors of righteousness. So I decided to sew everyone outfits. That's right, the very ones me and my colleague here are modeling. But you know, maybe I got too ambitious or something and well.. The owl carrying my package dropped it in the water. I interrogated the bird, and when I concluded it wasn't an agent of evil, I decided to call you for aid, <playername> Waddaya say? Want to help me fish up the outfits? I had a hunch that evil would find a way to stop my good work, so I put little doohickeys on the packages in advance. You should be able to fish 'em up with some special Bait Feeder. I'll give you a collection quest once a day. Complete it by opening the packages you fish up. I'll give you a gift each time you finish a collection. Who knows, you might even fish up some new stuff. One more thing, The quest doesn't reset at the end of each day. When you complete a quest, you can relog to get a new one. Okay, then. Catch you later, and happy fishing.

Also, I'm noticing that the item pool is pretty much identical to the one for the 2013 homestead fishing event.
