Reforge tool and Partner while mounted

Sometimes when I use a reforge tool, after clicking the reforge button, the window will lock up. I am unable to move and I cannot close the reforge window. My item remains normal. Logging off or changing channels fixes this. All my other windows still function: (I can still chat as well as use my friends list)

When my partner is using an AI that is set to aggro the enemy. While I am mounted on broom or carriage. At the bottom of the screen it will display that they have started attacking X enemy. This does not cause enemy aggression. (Not sure if it's like that will other pets)
