Race Specific?

Does anyone know yet if the cards from the event are race specific? If so, is the card obtained specific to the race of the character who gets it?

Do you mean the Jumping in the Rain cards from the web shop...?

The blessed rain event says you can get the character cards from it as well, is what i believe (s)he is referring to.

Where does it say that?

"You can obtain an Umbrella from the Gift Box, or the Jumping in the Rain Character Cards."

My friend was telling me about how you can get cards from the event and quoted that line from the post by Nexon. I think Aeril misinterpreted it like my friend did.
