Journeyman's Reforging Tool

A reforging tool capable of competent work. Has a varying chance to grant attributes to items that can be reforged, potentially upgrading to Rank 1, but can only grant one attribute up to 75% of the maximum possible value for the rank, and disables any additional reforging attributes. Disabled attributes can be enabled by using a reforging tool with no attribute count limitation. These tools grant new attributes each time they are used, so if a piece of equipment already has an attribute on it, you will need to consider whether to try for a better combination of attributes.

Limitations
- Expires in 5 days.
- Cannot be sold to NPCs.
- Cannot be sold to others.
- Cannot be sold in the Auction House.
- Can be dropped.

- Cannot be stored in a pet.
- Can be put in the bank.
- Can be withdrawn by other characters.
