Please do not save something as jpg then resave it as png so you can upload it, that ruins the whole point of having it as png. jpg=discoloration (unless you use certain tools) png=no discoloration

i took screenshots and cropped it down to show that pic. Im sorry of theres discoloration, but if you can point me in the direction of the right tools, id be appreciative.

The problem is that the game itself takes screenshots as jpg files which are already grainy. Saving them as png afterward does not improve that.

Another method is to use Irfanview or Fraps to take screenshots -- tell the program to save as png or bmp instead of jpg.
