EU people blocked from the wiki?

I was helping some EU players and one of them said that they were not allowed to access this wiki, that they got a "Access Forbidden" or something along those lines.

I heard they require a proxy just to play NA Mabinogi

I though the block was removed ever since Mabi EU went down.

The block was taken off as of April 7th. A proxy wouldn't be needed now, but if they tried accessing the wiki with that proxy, that might be the cause or their IP was banned or something when the bots mess up this wiki (Unlikely but probably cause?)
