Obsolete?

Are these seals now obsolete with the introduction of adventurer seals? The trader imp no longer sells the quest scrolls in exchange for belvast seals. However, I still got a Belvast seal for completing admiral ownen's box quest. Any idea?

What? The Belvast Seal Quest Scrolls are still being sold, just the same as they've always been.

I just checked and no, they aren't now! All the quest scrolls are sold in Ducats it seems. Belvast seals have no point anymore I guess.

This is a pretty old thread and the context is a bit hazy. As far as I remember, the quest scrolls cost Ducats to buy from the imp. However, to complete the quest, you need Belvast Seals.

I didn't buy any to check because they were really expensive but I read them and they didn't mention anything about Belvast Seals.

Either way though this page says you buy the quest scrolls with them which is definitely not true!

This page says it's used in the quest scrolls, which is kind of ambiguous. I'll fix it I guess.
