table coloring

I just changed the background color of the skills so they're not similar to fighter skills. But from an earlier discussion[1], the suggestion of not making the entire table colored came up. I only edited one of the tables as opposed to of all of them so I could get a bit of feedback before changing all of the skill tables. Any feedback, comments or suggestions are welcome. Also, do NOT revert the table unless you are an admin or until a general consensus has been reached.
