Talk:Karu Forest Ruins

Sub-pages

Just a thought. There are -many- versions of Karu (5 kinds for each artifact), so it will be a mess to put up Spawn Patterns for each one. So far the page is set-up so that they aren't included. JP Wiki has a separate page for each Karu artifact dungeon, which would allow enough room for Spawns to be put on. We could do that, too, but I'll leave it up to popular opinion. --- Angevon 22:02, 14 January 2009 (UTC)

I vote yes as well. It seems like iria's dungeons, instead of having passes, have artifact drops. So like dungeon passes on other pages, I think they should be separated. -- Ladywinter 11:34, 11 April 2009 (UTC)

Yes too. The glowing spider part is unreadable at the moment.

After spending much of the day on it, I have spearated the artifact dungeons out. Should each artifact dungeon be added to Category:Dungeons as well? ---Angevon 00:48, 3 August 2009 (UTC)

Ice spear

since the 3rd page of the first book is supposed to drop from glowing bosses in karu, would the mini boss in the bison dungeon (which is the main boss in the spider dungeon) drop it? or will it only drop in the boss room?--Jacobpaige 06:09, 6 March 2009 (UTC)

No. The large Pot-Belly Spider is not the same thing as the glowing Pot-Belly Spider. --Doomsday 12:09, 14 July 2009 (UTC)

Paint a picture

for the spawns of artifact dungeons it should be of great interest to paint a picture as to what one might be up against. in the case of the glowing spider statue it is incredibly different from karu. at least separate those artifact dungeons that don't have coinciding mob lists, as knowing what's there makes a serious difference.

Zombie Dungeon Parts

Are all the parts listed on the page rough translations from overseas or something? I'm just on my way through a Zombie Belt dungeon now, and have a Zombie Pauldron in storage. Yet the page lists "Zombie Headband", "Zombie Bracelet" and some other thing. Neither of the things I have here. Are these extra body parts that haven't been included, or just NA names for what went unnamed before? ~ SotiCoto 02:31, 19 March 2009 (UTC)

Edit ~ I'm just adding the info of the Zombie Belt Dungeon now, since it seems to have 4 floors, which is different to the others listed. I'll probably end up doing the Pauldron after too, unless I get the item drops I need. ~ SotiCoto 02:34, 19 March 2009 (UTC)

Difficult Enchant

I've been looking for the enchant for awhile, and the wiki has conflicting information. The enchant lists page says Difficult spawns in any Karu spider part end chest, while this Karu dungeon page says Difficult is only in the 9 chest treasure rooms. I'll continue searching, but does anyone know for sure which is which, or if it can spawn in Both? --Book 00:17, 13 April 2009 (UTC)

  • I know for a fact that the Difficult enchant scroll drops from the end reward chest.EnigmaticFractal 23:59, 23 April 2009 (UTC)
    • I vouch for Difficult enchants at the end of spider bit karu dungeons.--Demaetri 20:32, 23 July 2009 (UTC)

Karu Forest Ruins: Treasure Room

Found a Stopping enchant in the zombie pauldron Treasure room...It seems that all the treasure rooms regardless of what type of dungeon is the same can someone please confirm this?--Holam

Difficult Enchant and leg artifact

Enchant page says difficult enchant is in all end reward chests for spider artifact. But the rewards for spider leg do not contain difficult enchant. Mistake or truth? Phanterz 23:46, 14 July 2009 (UTC)

Maybe it's a possible drop? --Aramet 23:53, 14 July 2009 (UTC)
If it's a possible drop it should also be listed there. The reward list isn't 100% drops, you know...or it shouldn't be anyway. Phanterz 22:39, 15 July 2009 (UTC)
My mistake. I thought you were saying that you didn't get it as a drop when you went into that dungeon. In any case, if someone has proof that you get it from Karu Pot-Belly Spider Leg Artifact, then they can add it to the reward list.. I don't want to add something that isn't possible to get and mislead people. --Aramet 22:48, 15 July 2009 (UTC)
Is there any reason why it wouldn't be a drop? There doesn't seem to be much of a reason for certain parts that have all the same other drops to not have that drop. The chance for getting it is fairly low. --Doomsday 16:43, 29 July 2009 (UTC)
It's just not listed there...Phanterz 22:33, 1 August 2009 (UTC)

Karu Ruins as of G13 Update

I just ran Karu Sparkling Diamond for Wind Guard and noticed a new addition as well as something specific maybe only to the boss of that dungeon. Of my party of six, two people received Blue Upgrade Stones. The second thing is the boss, Sparkling Stone Bison (NOT Glowing Stone Bison), dropped Exploration Page 3. May need confirmation, but this is what I found. --Haven923 15:03, 27 January 2011 (PST)

Upgrade stones are available at all end chests as of G13. The boss of that dungeon has always dropped EJ3.
