I have some pictures of a Giant charging and launching this skill. Should I put them up? --Aramet 22:27, 19 May 2009 (UTC)

# of Swings?

Does anyone know what the mysterious "# of round swings" is? I have rank 5, but have not noticed a longer duration or any additional hits. The bar rises and falls the same amount as rf-6, so it can't be that. What is this bonus?

I would like to know this as well. --ChibiMoogle 6:10, 9 September 2009 (CST)

I think the "number of swings" is in fact the number of times the bar rises since it doesn't change until r5 you wouldn't notice any changes at rf-6. i have nowhere near that though i'll have to ask a friend or something.--(not-so)Anonymous 10:41, 2 January 2010 (UTC)

  • Details: "The cool-down time between uses is 10 seconds."
  • Summary: "Cooldown Time [sec]: 5"

... Contradicting. It's 5 seconds since Renovation, also that detail line is pretty redundant.

Number of Round Swings

Ever since the Genesis Patch Giant Full Swing has instant load time. However I noticed that the number of round swings (i.e. the number of times the gauge rises then falls) now has a total of 4 and not 5. Does this mean that Full Swing has been nerfed to do the maximum of the 4th Swing at 910% or is it basically still the same? Because pre-Genesis patch the "first swing" was not usable because one round swing takes a total 1 second to rise and fall, and because pre-Genesis swing was 1 second load time it was basically impossible to use the first swing at max damage. But even so does anyone have correct information on this situation?--钟国豪-BIassreiter 02:24, 5 July 2012 (UTC)

Full Swing Damage

I can't find any resource that says full swing damage can go 1040%, even though such information has been on this page forever.

I updated the damage values with the ones JP wiki has for the skill, hoping anyone can confirm with proper evidence whether or not the old values have any validity besides the fact that they've been in this page for a long time.

Where did somebody even get the original numbers from?

I wonder if there's a way to find out the formula for the damage as well.

Typically, raw data can be found inside the Mabinogi files through the use of an unpackaging tool, they probably eventually weakened this skill at some point.

It's as strong as it's ever been though...if it WAS ever weakened people would have noticed.

Giant Rolling Pin Fullswing?

Well,it is a two-handed blunt... and you can't wield a shield with it....so...maybe it gets the fullswing bonus? xD Anyone want to test this?
