They don't seem to have level requirements anymore, and there doesn't seem to be specific regions, either. What are we going to do with them?

As with everything else...slap the archive tag on them.

I thought their rewards were changed around or something?

Which is exactly why mika said slap the archive tag on them.

Anyway, on inspection of the board:

• Tabs are now divided into Collection, Hunting, Investigation, and Sketch.
• Level requirements were removed.
• All quest boards gives you quests for every region (example: Rano board gives quests for Connous and Physis, and vise versa).
• Gold and EXP rewards were increased greatly, like almost ten times their original amount, but the gold cost to purchase the quest was also increased.
• Curiously, the cap quests now share the yellow icon like all the other quests; its not red anymore.

I didn't try to accept any of the quests, though.
